    Your Account

    How do I create an account?

    When you click on Check-out in your shopping cart, you will arrive at the account registration page. If you are a first time visitor, you will be asked to fill out a brief form. Your e-mail address will become your user name for your account, and you will choose your own password.

    Why do I need an account?

    You will need an account to place an order. It will also prevent you from having to re-enter some of your information each time you purchase online.

    How can I change my information?

    To change your login name or password, log into your account and click on the "Edit account information" link.

    Ordering

    How do I order?

    You can search our online catalog or browse our virtual catalog for the product(s) you want. You can add each product to your cart from its individual description page or from the search results.

    When you are ready to purchase the items in your cart, click on the "Proceed to Checkout" button.

    Can I save items in my shopping cart and purchase them later?

    Yes. Items added to your cart will be saved for 45 days.

    How do I locate products on your site?

    Use the Search box at the top of the page to search by title, keyword or item number. Here you will be able to search by product type, subject, series, or topic.

    How can I get more information about a product?

    For most titles, you can download the table of contents and sample pages in .pdf format. (You will need Acrobat Reader to download view these documents. Click here to get it for free.)

    Our Customer Service Team is also available Monday through Friday, from 7:00am until 4:00pm Pacific Time to answer any further questions you may have.

    What is your return policy?

    We take pride in creating quality products. If you are not satisfied with any product, please return it within 90 days. We will issue a credit or refund your money--whichever you prefer. (Shipping charges are not refunded.)

    Shipping

    How long will it take to receive my order?

    Most orders will ship within 24 to 48 hours. If you provide your email address when you order we will send you a shipping confirmation with tracking information once your order has shipped.

    All orders ship from our warehouses in Southern California.

    Express shipping on domestic orders (2-5 business days)

    Express orders will ship the same day if placed before 4pm EST (Monday through Friday) and have a travel time of 2-5 business days.

    Overnight shipping and 2 Day shipping on domestic orders

    Next Day and 2-Day orders will ship the same day if placed before 4pm EST (Monday through Friday)

    Note: Next day and 2-Day orders cannot be delivered to a P.O. Box. Delivery for express and overnight shipping is Monday-Friday only; no weekend delivery.
